Returns & Refunds
At VelourMuse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Final sale items marked "non-refundable" cannot be returned
- Personalized or altered items are not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact customer service to confirm the return
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging
- Include the completed return form (we'll email this to you)
- Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable method
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed
Please note that international returns may be subject to customs fees which are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank first as processing times may vary. Then contact your credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to post. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
